CA Raj Kumar (FCA, C-TA, C-MBF, C-IFRS)

Mr. Raj Kumar is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has vast experience of approx 10 years in the field of Management Consultancy. He is heading Advisory Service Division of our Company. He has been rendering management consultancy services to clients on various issues i.e. set up of new business & expansion of existing business with in India and outside India, International Corporate Structuring, Joint Ventures and Collaboration, Competetion Law & Forex Risk Management. He is Chairman of Gurgaon Branch of Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the year 2012-13.

Bimal Jain (FCA, ACS, LLB.)

Mr. Bimal Jain is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & Institute of Company Secretaries of India & also LLB. He has vast experience of approx 18 years in the area of Indirect Taxation i.e. Service Tax, Excise, Customs, DGFT, Foreign Trade Policy, VAT\CST matters. He is handling our Indirect Tax Division.

CA Vivek Kalani (FCA, C-MBF, C-Valuation)

CA Vivek Kalani is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has vast experience in the area of research and analysis (market, industry, financial), Business Valuation, Financial and business modelling, transaction advisory and support, and investment advisory. CA Vivek Kalani has been handling our Investment Banking Division.

CMA Sourabh Jain (ACMA)

Mr. Sourabh Jain is a member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India. He has vast experience in the area of cost & management accounting. He has been advising clients on the matters relating to cost accounting and allied areas.

Advocate Sanjeev Sahay

Mr. Sanjeev Sahay is a renowned advocate. He has vast experience in the area of corporate & other laws. He has been appearing before various high courts regularly on behalf of clients. He has been handling Law division of our company.

CS Bipin Bihari Sharma (ACS)

Mr. Bipin Bihari Sharma is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has vast experience of approx 9 years in the area of corporate laws. He has been advising clients on the matters relating to SEBI, FEMA, RBI guidelines regarding NBFC.
