Secure Communications- you submit only scanned copies of the relevant documents on our in-house, fully secure platform, actual documents will always remain in your office. You can choose from a list of tasks from our general bookkeeping & accounting services.
	General Accounting & Bookkeeping Services include: Invoicing Services. Maintaining Cash & Bank Books, sales ledger and Purchase ledger. Vendor/supplier Payments as per the time schedule Bank Reconciliation, Customer/vendor reconciliation. Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual statements including. Trial Balance. Balance Sheet with Profit & Loss statement. Reconciliation of inter-company accounts and transactions. Reporting of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Secure communications – you submit only scanned copies of the relevant documents on our in-house, fully secure, interactive platform to ensure the highest level of data security and zero risk of fraud.
	MC’s outsource bookkeeping & accounting services are aimed at making life and the entire outsourcing process simpler for small and medium businesses like you. You upload copies of relevant documents onto our secure, interactive platform before the due date. Or, you can opt to deliver physical copies via a delivery service like FedEx or UPS. Your dedicated MC accountant will provide you the list of required documents. The accountant then performs all the necessary calculations and sends you a copy via mail for your verification Once you verify and approve these drafts, the final statements are prepared and presented to you for necessary action.
